DNA 40 Vapor Flask

So I recently just bought this for the temperature control, however none of my kanger tanks seem to fit flush on the device. Even taking off the beauty ring does nothing. I researched some and saw others talking about a 510 connector adjustment?

Is this possible or is anyone else having the same issue? Its a stainless silver connector with only one air way on the connector.

Its a clone I think, although on the page I bought it doesnt mention clone so maybe its not a clone.

the description reads as

i believe that is a clone because it says "style" and it doesnt say "authentic"

real ones are about 300~ i think and the one you have is 80~

I have an authentic Flask and all my attys sit flush. Yours is defintiely a clone and from what I know of the clones this is NOT normal, your attys should sit flush or nearly flush. Can you contact the company for a replacement or RMA?

You have the one with the fixed 510 pin and not the adjustable so I can't help you there.
