It works fine in TC (because of how TC works), but in wattage mode, it would be the same for any 75watt device. Just look at a chart like:
http://ohmvape.e-monsite.com/medias/images/tableaux-des-puissances.jpg to see what you need if you sub ohm in wattage mode. Ill sub ohm in tc (~0.15) and ~1.0 ohm in wattage mode.
Addition: Along with P=V^2/R, you should also consider amps your device/battery is capable of i.e.: I=V/R
