Wow talk about some sticker shock. $250ish for a mod is just a bit much for me. Having said that the j-box deifinitely seems worth the money. Although $200 plus may just be the price range for a variable wattage mod at least for now. I could just go for a kick but I'm looking for something different than a tube mod.
Smoketech Zmax should be out soon.... will be a VV/VW (offers both options) tube mod, takes single 18650 or 2 18350's (w/ extension cap)
Man Cave Mods has a thread here selling wooden box mods with variable wattage, about $130 from memory.
No, the variable wattage version will utilize the dna, the variable voltage version uses the board they built.

Texas Select Vapor will be releasing a DNA mod in the near future I think around 150 for the kit
You wouldn't know where to find any info on this kit would ya ? All I kind find on their site is The stallion powered by evolc dna-12 coming soon.
Unfortunately not - the board is built by Smoktech and has nothing to do with the DNA. Unfortunately the device is as inaccurate as the VMax...
