this may be more of a computer question. I want to input the tfr for my titanium coils into my effusion dna200. I Know exactly how to do it. But ive gotten to the point where I can push the button to download the .csv file that contains the information to be uploaded into my device. But when I do a new tab opens and says "this webpage cannot be displayed" and it gives me the option to "search online for a program you can use to download web content" but when I click on that I get another, more generic, error message. and the weird thing is im pretty sure I did this before when I first got my dna200 just to see if it would work and it did. what am I doing wrong? thanks. I have another device that has titanium preset in the meantime but I want to be able to use it on my dna200 too. and I know you can just reduce the temp like 100 degrees F in nickel mode but id rather have it inputted.

First you download the CSV file from Steam Engine to your PC. Then open up Escribe, connect your mod. On the general page select a new profile and switch the coil material tab from Ni200 to custom. Then at the bottom right of the general page click on load CSV (point to where you stored it on your PC) click on it and say ok. Finally click on upload settings to device.
