DNA200 TC Question

This may be a noob question but i need to ask reguardless. I just acquired my first DNA200 mod about 2 weeks ago and was so happy with it that i just got another one yesterday. Anyhow, my question. I noticed when setting up my DNA200 devices that you can turn off TC. Now, i don't use TC everyday so would i need to turn off TC if i am using just a Kanthal coil or is it ok to just leave TC setting on?

On the device you just turn the temperature up until it says off. You can also setup a profile in the escribe for kanthal/wattage only and turn off TC there.

You can leave TC turned on with Kanthal. The DNA chip will recognize that there is no rise in resistance and turn off TC automatically.
The manual option to turn off TC is good for materials like SS, where you can vape them in either mode.
And like what CharTech said, some people just make a Kanthal /wattage profile.

@Nick Jennings which DNA do you have? I just recently added the Wismc Reuleaux DNA 200w to my arsenal and I an impressed with the design and the engineering that was done to this MOD.

@SteveS45 I have the Wismec Reuleaux DNA 200W as well. I also just got the SMY SDNA 200, so i guess i'm starting a collection lol.
