DNA200 LiPo charging question

I just got a lost vape efusion and was hoping some one could help me with a question I had about charging.
From what I've researched LiPo's don't have any kind of charge memory, but I want to be safe.
First when charging on my pc through a usb 3.0 port Its charging at 0.49a, and all cells are the exact same voltage according to Escribe.
My question really comes down to this. I charged the device over night then vaped on it all day till I went to work. When I got to work it was down to about 30% charge. I have a 100w power inverter with usb charging in my truck so going in to work I put it on to charge. It was charging at 0.70a. I came out on break unplugged it and vaped, then put it back to charge till my lunch break. At that point it was charged to about 70% so I just took it in to work with me after lunch for my last break and didn't put it back to charge again till I got home.

Will it hurt the battery to charge in a maner such as this? I'm not familiar with LiPo's and don't want to shorten the packs life. As a precaution I've set the cell soft cutoff to 3.2v just to be safe in escribe to keep the pack from discharging to low.

You can discharge or charge at any point you want, no problem. In fact, Li-ion batteries last a bit longer if you do multiple smaller discharge/recharge cycles instead of discharging all the way down before recharging.

What is a good external charger that will charge a LIPO battery such as one used in the VS DNA200 and will charge 18650/18490/18350 batteries?

Any decent balancing charger will handle the 3S LiPo (I use an iCharger 106B but I'm sure are better ones nowadays) but you'll need to wire up battery holders for the 18xxx batteries and add main and balancing connectors.

@Mooch, is it safe to charge 18650s for a series mod such as the Reuleaux DNA200/RX200 in a regular li-ion charger (Nitecore i4, Xtar vc4, Opus bt-c3100 etc)? There's some discussion on the Fasttech forums that a proper balance charger is necessary.

Since each cell is being independently charged in a multi-bay charger they are automatically balanced by default. Balance charging is only needed if not removing them from the mod. And then it's only occasionally needed, though balance charging every time doesn't hurt anything.

Thanks! It's discussed in many threads in the product forums for both Reuleaux color options at the Fasttech site. Quite hotly, and with much misinformation... as is common in the fasttech forums. Here's one example, from post #118 onwards at least:
