Dna40 build: how many wraps and what gauge with Nickel 200

Hi,
For a DNA40 w/ temp control feature ON, what's you suggestion on a Ni200 build?
To reach 40W with 16A limit I need to build somewhere between 0.2-1ohm, but even with 2.4mm and 28AWG it would take ~30 wraps to reach 0.2ohm with dual coil (by Steam Engine coil calculator).

I did my first build last night. Dual coil, 30 gauge around a 3.2 mm rod 15 wraps. Came out to .25. Working great so far.
