[dna40] rail box ?

Do you guys know the Rail Box ? The rail system is absolutely unique…Some kind of billet box but as far as I know it works with every rda/rta on the market and it embarks a dna 40 !

I noticed that that it said anodized stainless on one of the intro screens. Anodized stainless isn't possible as far as I know. The website is flaky too.
On second thought, I would wait until there is more on it.

Apparently you can actually anodize stainless but it's not in the least bit durable - unless it's coated.
This device certainly looks well made but it's bloody ugly in my opinion.

Yes, I do see a few claims of adding color after checking into it. I'm a bit skeptical that it would function like anodizing as we know it.
I'm guessing that it was a mistake. A text description on another site page does not mention stainless.

Yeah, I can see how it would be ugly for some on an overall outwards appearance. It could have some ruggedness and convenience qualities. I tend to get sucked in by stuff made with this in mind.

Honestly, I don't know, but most of those kind of box are aluminium made..It would be heavy otherwise, don't you ? On their FB, specs don't mention SS.

I personally don't like the idea of airflow being in the same compartment as the battery. One word ... venting. And not just thermal runaway venting, rather the natural venting of chemicals such as oxygen and hydrogen as a battery is used.

Not saying this is dangerous, rather it just seems like one more potential issue if something would go wrong.

Looks sick though ...
