Some juices do better on lower temps, so you may need it turn it down a couple notches, or use a higher ohms perhaps?

What ohm is the Ce5? You'd be looking for 2.2-2.4 ohm generally speaking for a 3.7 volt battery. Sometimes you may have to tilt the clearo to make sure the wicks are getting nice and saturated, especially if its a heavy VG juice and/or if you take "quick vapes" like smoking a cigarette vs "slow vapes" - like a pipe - more leisurely and philosophical. 
If you don't mind my asking, what do symptoms of an allergy to PG look like? I didn't even know that was possible! 
I like the juices from Johnson Creek a lot. They make all kinds of flavors in 100% VG. Look for their "Red Oak" line of products.
They do have a warning about nut allergies though so, may or may not work for you!
Perhaps a bit more expensive than some of the other juices out there but I'm finding their quality worth it. No hint of chemical taste. Great delivery time to MA for me. I order before 10am EST Mondays (9am CST gets it out the door same day), and it arrives in Wayland, MA, by Wednesday using their most basic shipping.

I noticed even with 60 vg the flavor from a custom vendor with "extra flavor shots" was still muted and unsatisfying, maybe preference I dunno.
Steeping. Tops off bottles for two days with a good shaking every now and then, then sit for a week. Try. Not there yet? Wait another week. To encourage steeping process I'll sometimes fill a clearo with the juice, vape it for a little bit then leave it to sit awhile - the heat can fasten the process. I love HHV but I gotta say that Shadow didn't do it for me till it was 6 months old! It is one of the more subtle ones (a creamy hazelnut).... eventually. Otherwise maybe try a 60/40. And drink a lot of water. Huntsman from HHV is quite "strong" if you feel like giving that one a try - and Dragons Fire is a popular one too. Or you may need to try liquids that are tobacco absolute vs naturally extracted tobaccos (which HHV are). NET's can also vary depending on the tobacco harvest - you know, like a certain vintage of wine can be a champion prizewinner one year and not even mentioned the next due to the same. Hope some of those thoughts help.
I don't know what the worst allergies are but most people who have sensitivity to PG find they dry cough very hard when vaping it, tongue and inside mouth throat and chest feel "raw" and so on. On the other side of the coin, some have sensitivity to VG finding it makes them feel like their mouths and lungs feel heavy and greasy. That's just a snapshot - but luckily for most, a switch or a change in ratio is the answer. I'm not aware of any visual effects, but both can perhaps cause a hives breakout for a few.

Some juices probably won't taste like much or may even taste awful till you've had the lids off a couple of days, shaken it a few times and let it sit for a week. And that can be tough for new vapers. In other words don't toss it down the drain till you've given it a chance to sit a while and "mature". Hopefully you have one or two that are vape ready till the others get there.
I like vg because the vape is a lot thicker and fuller and the vapor jist seems more pure, yes the flavor is muted but ordering 2 extra flavor shots should fix that or add a sweetener.
I also dont care one frigging bit about throught hit lol I dont want any throught hit, sounds wierd but I like my vapor to go down smooth as hell with hardly and feel at all then come billowing out in a huge thunderous rain cloud formation with lots of flavor. Idk just how I vape man .

Also pg tends to burn a LOT easyer when using an rba/rda at 1ohm or less vg holds up a lot better at 1 ohm and lower
So its terrible burnt hits every so often with 70+% pg and crusty flavor from finiky juice or slightly muted smoother flavor with enormous clouds using high vg ?
It just seems to hold up better on a lr build even slr builds, and I use excusivly rba's and rebuildable attys so burning pg juice is a hassle and ruins whats in the tank so I use vg .
For instance I have some 50/50 my girlfriend uses in carto tanks and I filled my genny with a .8ohm coil up with 5mls of it and half way through the tank the color changed dramaticly and started to taste slightly burnt along with some burnt crusty on the coils, now when I use 100%vg from the verry same vendor same flavor same nic lvl and everything on that same build the color stays the same and the coil appears spotlessly clean through almost 2 whole tanks before buildup and it burns slower and gives more vapor. the flavor is jist not as sharp thats all, but then what good is sharp flavor when its taste burnt half way through the tank lol.
The highest I buy is 50/50 and its for my girl that way I can vape her juice if need be . But if she buys... its nearly 100% pg lol she like that flavor bang and throught hit and xould care less if a cloud even comes out ahhhg I cant stand it . So needless to say if she likes a juice and dont want me to use any she will order 80/20 or higher and I wont touch it lol but then again she cant use my vg in her carto tanks soo I guess were even lol lol lol

Pg allergy signs are similar to all allergies,a spectrum of signs and symptoms from itchy skin rashes and hives to more sever cases like anaphylaxis with laryngeal edema hypotension and shock.
I tried Johnson creek, agree with you on the quality but I dont like their flavors.all of the flavors are similar,cant really find difference between chocolate,vanilla and tobacco

I usually take the cap off and let is sit for a day then aggressively put in uc for like two days!!
So have any of you had dry and burning tongue after vaping? I had this experience multiple times and it is very similar to the tongue bite I got from pipe smoking. Don know what it is exactly,but I guess it should be something pertinent to mouth ph and chemical reactions

I have not used rba/rda yet.As a matter of fact,I have no idea what they are I use evod/protank/iclear. Do u think I should change to rba/rda for vg?
