do all new GGTS say "to my friend" on the side?

As for Hopefull the only I know for now is that he is a very helpfull man and spends almost its whole day for the customers trying to help.
Hopefull was great when I ordered mine from him, he quickly answered all my questions and was very friendly in doing so

Hopeful sat up to 3am Oz time guiding me through my GGTS set up and I didn't even buy it from him!!
As a new GGTS owner, I lurk more than post on here to pick up tips about using it , and am fed up reading snippy remarks - in my mind it does a fabulous product no service whatsoever.
And for what it is worth, I'll again post to anyone thinking of purchasing a new GGTS don't be put off buying one because of the 'To my Friend' engraving - I find it charming.

I too would like that...hmmm...wonder if we sent em to Imeo....maybe....
Gin, it seems a very nice thought to me but some people just dont want it there. So I will make some GG with this engraving and some without it. Thanks for your polite words friend
