Do cartomizers leak?

I'm thinking about getting a Nebula but I've sworn off automatic batteries after a number of my 306's dying. Do cartomizers leak into the battery at all? I'd prefer an auto+cartomizer set up.

I personally have never, ever had a carto leak into the battery.


If you're exceptionally worried about this, after topping off the carto give it a quick blow from the mouth piece end into a paper towel. This will blow out any excess juice.

Good advice. I've never had a cartomizer leak either, but if it gurgles after refilling, I blow it out a little like recommended above. So far, so good.
