Is a 306 atomizer the same as a 510 ?

Is a 306 atomizer the exact same thing as a 510 atomizer ?

I'm a KR808 cartomizer user and want to try an atomizer, do I need both a 306 and a 510 ? I think the 306 fits my KR808D-1 battery but I can also buy a 901 to 510 adapter for the 510 atomizer.

De-bridging sounds fun, can I do it for a 306 as well as a 510 ?

Do I need a drip tip if I debridge? The drip tip for the 306 is cheap but for the 510, the Super-T T-Tips is quite expensive.

And is the 510 cartomizers the exact same thing as a KR808D-1 cartomizer?

No, a 306 is different from a 510, but they have the same threading. So a 306 atomizer works on a 510 battery.

But neither of them will work on a Kr808 battery, unless you use an adapter. The threads are different.

If you want to try an atomizer on Kr808 batteries without fussing with adapter, the 901 will work on a Kr808 battery.

You can debridge any atomizer, but it does turn it into a dripping-only atomizer. The bridge is what wicks the juice down from the cart. So without that, they don't work with carts.

A drip tip is certainly the easiest way to direct drip, and with a 306 it is mandatory, since the 306 atomizer is exposed. The 510 and 901 atomizer are inside a tube, so if you're willing to put up with it getting hot on your lips, you could just vape right off the atomizer. But a drip tip is easier and more comfortable.

You can find drip tips that are way cheaper than SuperT's. Have a look around, and you'll find delrin or simple steel drip tips going for 3 or 4 bucks. Sometimes less.

There are 510 cartomizers that work just like Kr808 cartomizers, but the threading is different, so it doesn't work on Kr808 batteries. You need an adapter, or a 510 battery.

If you are considering getting an adapter, the battery model comes first, and the atomizer/cartomizer model second.

For example:
"901-510 adapter" is an adapter to make 901 batteries take 510 atomizers/cartomizers.
