I just wanted purrin to know that although we make jokes and laugh, she shouldn't be afraid to ask anything because everyone is just having fun. This is absolutely true... I know if I said anything that upset someone, it was not intended at all... And I really do apologize...

Seriously, i have noticed my teeth are whiter, my breath is fresher, my fingers are not brown and i no longer stink (of smoke !). The unfortunate thing about vaping (and quiting cigarettes) is that a lot of people do get symptoms (dry throat / skin, constipation or loose bowels, spots, headaches, coughing and so on) and assume that it is the vaping that causes it.
Without ECF i would have attributed some of my problems to vaping. Reading other peoples concerns and knowing they are normal symptoms of giving up cigs is a great help.
My skin is still wrinkly !

I've heard that PG is used in some moisturizers, I do notice that my face and hair not drying when I'm vaping.
Seriously, though OP, I think ecig a could potentially make you look older because they are very drying and thus can help to wrinkle the skin. On the other hand, the drying effect may help dry your cystic condition, but if your lips are getting chapped, it may make that worse.
Then, in the other hand of that, quitting smoking will help you feel younger by improving your health. What level in are u using? You shouldn't be having cravings.

With all the water that I am intaking, my skin is bound to benifit from this. Smoking never really aged me. That's me in my avatar with my oldest granddaughter. This was taken August of 2012, I'm 53, actually was 52 when this pic was taken. Genetics plays a big roll also how much alcohol you drink (I'm a lightweight and hardly drink but once in a while). Hydrate, exercise and eat healthy. My

Pardon me for taking this thread OT but you look FANTASTIC for 52 in that pic!! I seriously looked at that and thought you would be in your late 30s and that was your daughter. Maybe there is something to be said for ecigs and aging.

You are certainly correct, they are a great social improvement device. Also, though they will not specifically make your penis larger, there is something to be said for increased blood flow and oxygen contents....
They certainly make bedroom life much more enjoyable.
it may not help with reversing aging but it does help with the skin. When you smoke your skin becomes alot less elastic. also the pores on the face can be larger. Ive noticed my face feels cleaner, and ive had my pores on my face getting smaller. the elastic should come back to the skin some what. Also the dermititus that I had going on in patches on my face has gone away.
Not sure about aging, but my hairdresser noticed that my hair is definitely shiner after the first month of quitting cigarettes. Now that two months have gone by, the psoriasis I've had on my elbow for the last twenty years isn't nearly as bad. If it continues to improve, I may even be able to wear short sleeves this summer, something I've been too self conscious to do in decades!
This reminds me of an old Seinfeld clip.. Lol this could of been us if we kept smoking.
Vaping doesn't directly benefit your health, not smoking does. If you want to look younger; not smoking, eating right, exercising and just generally doing the things we all know are good for us will help.
