I find myself skipping dessert more often than not, opting instead for one of the several dessert vapes I keep around. I can't remember the last time I had a soda either (Root Beer eliquid doesn't count... does it?). Don't get me wrong, I still maintain a respectable stock of Oreos, but it takes me a lot longer to go through them since I've been vaping.

I'm drinking less pop mainly because with vaping I need LOTS of water and I dont crave junk food as much so I would say it does curb some cravings. In the long run it will probably promote weight loss just due to healthy eating/drinking habits.

It's soda not "pop". Lol sorry had to.

Actually its "soda pop" if we are going to be technical.. but soda sounds like something my great grandmother would say! So pop it is!! :p That and soda is lots of things washing soda, baking soda etc

That's good to hear! I'm already about 15lbs over what I want to weigh, so I was concerned about adding another problem. Now if only I could e-gummi.
Yeah I think a lot of us would be mad if we were just gaining weight by vaping! lol

It's a regional thing heh. I was born and raised in the Miami area so that what's we called it, seems the same here in San Antonio. Some parts of the country I've visited actually call all sodas coke. Even if it isn't the coke brand. That's even more odd to me.

Yep! Frequent conversation in my house:

Me: do you want a coke?
Guest: sure, what do you have?
Me: dr. Pepper, mt. Dew and diet coke.

Some juices do help with resisting my sweet tooth cravings. But i wouldn't recommend them or market them as a dieting tool. It's just a bonus.
