Cartomizers have both an atomizer and juice, and they are refillable (much cheaper that way). Some folks prefer the atomizer and cartridge being separate, some like just being able to toss the cartomizer when the atomizer part begins to fail.

You can also get "mods" that have a bottle of juice in them with long lasting batteries so you're good for the day. The "go-go" uses cartomizers that hold 3ml of juice and a 1300 mAH battery. Those are some things you should look into for when out and about.

I love the cartomizers. I usually take two filled with me for the day, but only end up needing one. I may top that one off maybe once through the day if the flavor gets a little weak.

I want to know how to drip. LOL. Seems we are at opposite ends. opl. I have a drip tip but havent done it yet. Do I just put the drip tip on the atomizer and the atomizer on the battery and drop 2 or 3 drops into the tip? Is that how to do it?

XL Carto's are good. I prolly couldn't find a cart around here anymore. Why stop with XL cartomizers? I just buy them to cut down and put in my Tanks. MAP Tank, if you got the bucks and are lucky enough to get one. And, Storm Tank's, half the price, or you can make your own. A tank will last me to/from and while at work, 12 hour shifts. Alittle more messin up front, but, no messin out the door.

When filling cartomizers you need to be especially careful if you have auto batteries or any battery with a hole in the middle of the threaded end (but autos are the ones with the drag sensor so it's more critical). Never fill it on the battery. And before putting it back on the battery make sure you clean it up well and that it is not going to drip. If you just filled a blank carto for the first time you also need to wait to male sure every bit of stuffing has absorbed juice or you could singe the stuffing. I lay a newly filled carto on different sides for about 15 minutes.

Each Person Will undoubtedly go through their own evolving stages. Some like the Atty some the cartos.
Cartos come with filler (poly fluff for some) holds 1ml (I believe).
CE2 cartos with wick holds 1.8ml (I believe)
CE2-XL holds 2ml (I believe)
If you have an ego then you may try the ego_t atty the T is for tank holds 1.2ml of juice (believe)
Than there's tank mods some holding as much as 5ml some more I think. Made as upgrades using the ce2 inereds and various bottles and syringes. vids found all over ECF. Make yourself or you can buy around the site.
You may decide you like the atty more in the end. It's just best to feel your way around. Look in here and on the web.
And don't trust my ML judging LOL.
oops forgot 2 more:
Vortex Cartos coming soon and Giantomizers I have yet to to much research on...

I've enjoyed the KR808D-1 cartos on an adaptor.
I get them prefilled from www.vapesafe.com (great juices/flavors...good prices). I figure by going this route I'm either getting 5-10ml of free juice, or buying the juice and getting free carts.

The main reason I like these is because they are really inexpensive (some store somewhere will always have a deal on them), can be had full of fine juices for the price of blanks, and best of all...you can pack at least 1.5ml and sometimes up to 2ml of juice in some of them.

So far I've never gotten one so bad that I could not use it at least once, but I do have to admit that some work FAR better than others. Stronger flavors do better in these (more puffs before flavor starts getting weak) than the smooth soft ones.

When filling my own...
I pack in the juice with a syringe...do the sling method, top off, blow it out, wipe real good, prime it up on a passthru, cap it, and drop it in an egg tray in the fridge with the battery end down. They each hold close to 2ml this way.

I'll do about 10 - 15 of them at a time...a new egg hole for each flavor.

They'll last me a good week or more before having to refill another batch.

Most of these KR cartos will last for several refills....tho' I pick out my favorite performers and only refill those.

They have a nice easy warm draw and are farily consistent from carto to carto. Adaptors can also be found with 'adjustable air flow' if you really want to tune up the perfect draw from carto to carto.

I'm also really loving the R5 Clearomizer XL that I just got so far. It might be a bit fragile for slinging around in pockets and purses...but it is a very nice vaping experience for me so far.

That's how it's done db, at least that's how I do it.

I took a look it seams you were looking at atomizers not Cartomizers maybe?
carto on your site
I must say 7.00 is a good price on attys if the product is well made...
Your site has 1.85 for most cartos each or 9.25 for 5. I just got the latest model of ce2-X new to the market for only $8.95 for a box of 5.
Forum Suppliers Try looking at some of the other Regestered vendors here.

I tend to use cartos during the day and evening, and drip at night if at home. Best of both worlds imo!

I'll try a few more things and I'll probably end up with some kind of box mod but, this is what I'm doing nowadays. Around the house, I drip. When I'm out I use cartos. They are a lot less hassle and mess. Depending on what I'm doing I'll either take a couple extras or just top the one I'm using off.

Yes Mam, you are correct! just make sure that the juice falls directly or reach the bridge of the atty. There are drip tips that can suspend liquids halfway down your atty.. in this case, you can just give it blow before you draw. otherwise your juice will back fire to your mouth :)
