From what I've looked-up, it looks like you have a standard CE4 clearomiser on top of the battery, which is composed of a mouthpiece, an atomiser, and the tank.

You will need to replace the atomiser (the center post bit with the wicks hanging from it) at some point. Regular disassembling and cleaning of each piece will extend its life.

Depending on your juice, you may need to do a cleaning regiment more often. A general rule, when the performance starts to dip, try a cleaning.

Buying new atomisers is cheap though, so never fear - and much cheaper than smoking, so there's that...

Their website is not loading the ecotank section. You will have to replace your coils eventually. Depending on how thick, sweet, and dark your liquid is, and how much power you're using with it, will determine your coils lifespan. With batteries, they have lifespans. Once an ego-type battery is dead, you have to get a new one. The APV's/Advanced Personal Vaporizers will allow you to change your batteries for recharging and replacement.

Never heard of them before, but from looking at the website they look like ce4 knock-offs, my guess would be the tanks are disposable, the website offers no info regarding the specs of their products. I would suggest before spending any more money look into an ego/evod starter kit. They are very popular, compatible with many juice delivery systems, and are well liked by beginners and veterans alike

How would I clean it exactly?

Perfect. Thanks for the video. So far it's been close to a month and it's working as well as it did when I got it. I guess I'll just refer back to this video when it starts lacking in production. Thanks so much.
If you can't unscrew the base from the bottom of the plastic tank, then it's a bit more complicated - but here's a video

For sanity's sake
If they are CE4 use - rinse and dry a few times until they no longer perform and Toss them. Dry burn a few times if you wish. Eventually the coils may fail or the wicks will certainly wear out.
Have better replacements available by then.
CE5, T2,Vivi Nova tank, T3, Protanks or whatever that excites you. Just get into serviceable tanks with available replacement wick/coils.
Eventual rebuilding will be up to your preference but having serviceable equipment will keep you in a much better mind set for successful vaping.

Enjoy!:vapor:
