I would still recommend getting an OHM meter.
It is always a good idea to check between the 2 devices.
Plus it is generally quicker to read, and build on, while adjusting the coil, cause there are occasions where
adjusting a coil will change the resistance, and you can make sure you are proper before putting it on your device and checking again.
Yes, have an OHM meter on hand, they are very useful.
