The 801 Fusions will fit a cartotank, but their default carto thread is 801. You would need a 510-801 thread adaptor. https://www.ikenvape.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=51801SAAF The one Ivan sells is currently out of stock, but you'll get an idea what to look for from other vendor websites. I recall Ivan saying to get the silver ones and not the gold ones when purchasing these from other vendors, for whatever reason.

When they are in stock, you'd want the 510 Fusion carts to use without the need for the adaptor.

Pretty certain that I got mine from My Vapor Store: 510 to [801] Adapter These are not "stealth adaptors" and will cause a gap between the tank and battery device. I only got this to try out the 801 Fusions to see what all the fuss was about.

A Google search shows that Avid Vapor has a 510-801 stealth adaptor: Stealth Adapter - Avid Vaper I'm not sure if this caution from the vendor description would apply to you -- "The 510 to 801 stealth adapter will not work on mods with a resessed 510 connector unless the recess is large enough diameter to accomodate the large diameter base of the 801 atomizer."

Another is the one at Vape King: http://www.vapeking.com.au/stealth-510-801-adapter/

Fluid Vapor has a stealth 510-801 adaptor, but looks to be of the gold color that Ivan advised against. http://www.fluidvaper.com/510-801-Stealth-Un-sealed-Adapter_p_135.html

The thread in this link might prove helpful to you, I didn't read it in its entirety myself: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/accessory-reviews/143741-adapter-review-510-801-stealth-adapter-vaporflow.html
