This is a friendly warning.
Desonic industrial used to be a reasonably reliable supplier but recently their quality and honesty has gone down the drain completely.
Issues:
1. The cigarettes catch fire when being charged at the front end.
2. batteries (at least 15% of them) arrive dead and cannot be charged.
3. Atomizers have very poor quality metal mesh that comes off with slightest of touch.
4. Atomizers (25% of them) have some black substance on the coil and they produce toxic tasting and smelling vapor.
5. They send fake/ wrongly labelled (obviously non-certified) chargers and refuse to replace them.
6. They always promise fast delivery time but it takes them at least 2 to 3 weeks more than agreed time after they have received your payment.
7. They always overcharge for shipping if you use their shipping service.
8. Alibaba do nothing about the problems when brought to their attention and continue to advertise Desonic on their website as gold supplier.
