stay far away from this site. i ordered ~$50 of gear from this site about 2 MONTHS ago and still have not received anything. I have been in contact with the owner forum member "jayvolt" asking him numerous times to check into the problem and each time i am answered with:
"ill check into this and get back with you"
which really means, "i will ignore you for a week until you email me again"
i have a string of 21 emails back and forth with him and he has not done anything. worst customer service i have ever had to deal with.
the website is a joke too. it does not accept credit cards. when paying, you get bounced to an "eprocessing" website that will process your credit card transaction. i should have ran at this point. this is where my problem started. My card was charged but the order did not appear on his website. I have forwarded him all emails from the "eprocessing" transactions showing my card was charged.
to be fair "jayvolt" had emailed me and said he was dealing with some health issues. i was more than understanding of this and wished him well every time he emailed that he was under the weather. he assured me he was out of the hospital and would look into the issue multiple times and proceed to never email me back.
i gave up on the kit i ordered from J-tek and bought it from another site (and received it in 3 days). i told him this and asked him to just refund my money. I did inquire about a different kit he had on his site and asked if he would swap the original kit with the more expensive kit (another mistake on my part). he said yes and would ship it in two days. its been over 2 weeks now and still no package or response to my emails to him.
i have been very fair and understanding with him (two months! i see people post negative supplier reviews after 5 days sometimes). I finally emailed and told him to forget about the kit and refund the money. another ignored email.
there are so many great suppliers/websites to order from. i tried to save a couple of dollars at j-tek and this is what i get. dont make the same mistake i did!
