Ok, for ejuice, I did finally find the DIY juice department here:

DIY e-liquid - E-Cigarette Forum

thanks.

(Yes, atomizers too, good point.
Also, knowing how much time people have left for stockpiling, once the appeal resumes/begins. I get the feeling that if the FDA wins, there will be no such thing as a 24 month grace period to allow suppliers time to sell out...will there? 8-o )

All we can really do in the meantime is purchase an atty or two when you have a few extra bucks to spend. This way you'll have enough over time to last you quite a while and if you perform regular maintenance on them, they'll last you for months. I am still using 510 attys that are more than 6 months old now and they vape as good as brand new.

Also, when you have an atty that really dies, do not throw it away. There are ways to actually rebuild them (instructions posted in forums here at ECF). So even if you cannot do it yourself, you may be able to find someone who can do it for you in the future.

You would rather there be no resource to teach people how to make their own liquid, so any person trying to make their own would have to figure it out themselves? Also, spilling a standard 30ml bottle of 36mg/ml liquid on yourself is the nicotine equivalent of 1000+ cigarettes. Thanks to the DIY forum, people know to use 100mg/ml or lower to mix, to wear gloves, and to work with small amounts in a safe place with cleaning materials ready. I would say the risk involved with someone reading the DIY forum is less than your average e-cig user.

To be honest I wish the DIY had not been posted, even with disclaimers. It's going to be a PR disaster for E-Cig's when some schmuck kills himself with nicotine poisoning.

I don't think people realize how toxic nicotine is in pure doses. It also has a nasty and quick absorption rate through skin.
