Just out of curiosity...whenever I vape a lot (possibly too much), I tend to get hungry fast even after having a heavy meal which does not occur to me if I vape moderately or less. Anyone else has the same situation?

Nope, I get hungry when I have not eaten for a while :)

I changed my diet this year and I've actually lost around 18 pounds so far and though I'm sometimes hungry I still find that vaping doesn't affect it. But everyone is different, so as always YMMV ;)

Heh you poor chipsouls. Most snacks are too salty for me now. I've found a new love for snacks like unsalted cashew nuts and such.

But yep... I feel hunger like I never felt when I was a smoker. I also have this strange craving for more healthy food.

Not that I focus a lot on it - but I do try to eat small meals more often. It's just what works for me.

The first three weeks of vaping, looking back, I was probably doing too much nic. Always seemed to have way too much energy and a LOT of trouble sleeping. Then I discovered other flavors and found V8p Bar's Dark Side and got it at a lower nic level. The first bottle or so was a nice, spot-on peanut butter with chocolate overtones. That really satisfied my craving for sweets after dinner for a long time. I ended up losing about 15 pounds the first two months. Now I have other flavors that I rotate but I still come back to Dark Side most evenings. It does curb my appetite and I get my "sweet" fix with it.

I wish. I'm underweight due to a long illness. Switching to vaping made no difference for me with my complete lack of appetite, but I gave up caffeine a week ago and it's starting to come back. I'm planning on lowering my nic mg/ml soon as well, and I'm hoping that doing both will cure my severe case of no-asitol.

I try to avoid snacking since my snacking habits are expensive. im not a fan of junk food, however I love dried fruit and trail mix, and it can add up fast. a bag of chips is probably what, $3? a bag of trail mix or dried mangos can easily be $10 and you get much less snackage

EDIT my main snack is banana chips. yuuuuum and cheap
