Do you guys have problems with your device heating quickly?

Hi so I've started to vape about four days ago and I've noticed my device just heats up really quick. My theory is that I do really long draws and chain vape a lot. And my battery is draining quickly because of this. Not sure of I just answered my own question but is there some other way that could cause this?
I'm using the itaste 134 mini 18500 flat top, TOBh atty clone at 2ohms at 9 volts. Thanks

Where is the heat coming from? The top where your atty is, or from the battery itself?

The whole device, but mostly from where the atty makes the connection to the battery

9 volts or 9 watts? I'm sure you meant W.
IMO, most likley it's caused by long pulls & chain vaping.

Be sure the connection between the topper/delivery device and power device is clean & dry.
with a q tip & rubbing alcohol and some tissuie thoroughly scrub the 510 connection point of both, dry well.
