Ya i tried vaping some zero nick juice one day and you cannot even feel it in your throat AT ALL! That was no good. @Nrgaway that is somewhat tough to describe, it is that feeling in the back of your throat of the vapor coming in, it is like a thump back there......blah that is not a very good description lol but i cannot really describe it...try vaping some zero nic and you will see the diff.

I like some TH, but not too much. I was an B&H UltraMilds smoker, and found some of the regular or even light cigs too harsh. Same goes for my juice. I guess it's why I like it at slightly less than 10mg Nic. Zero nic did not cut it for me either. Tried it for almost 2 months, and gave up on it.

I feel the same way, never a fan of throat hit. I always smoked lights than extra lights - cigs actually irritated my throat with heavier than normal smoking. I started vaping with 12 to 16mg & a few weeks later dropped down to 8mg. I recently got a 30ml of MLV's Maynard Fuzzy Peach at 16mg because it was so cheap at just $8, very tasty but it's killing my throat.

Throat his is everything for me. If I don't get a satisfactory TH with a new juice, I'll crank up the voltage. And if it still doesn't satisfy, the juice is put in the "for when guests drop in" pile.

I did just get my first VV (lavatube) device the other day and I did notice when I set the voltage to about 4.4 volts or higher I experienced a different sensation; maybe that is throat hit. Although I ended up dialing down the voltage since I thought maybe I was burning the wick or something on the SR Stardust I was using; was afraid I was inhailing burnt wick vapor. So, do you think that is throat hit (cause it did hot my throat) or wick burning? (I had lots of juice in SD and wick was properly 'wicked' I'm sure at the time and I only press the trigger button for only 3-5 seconds max).

EDIT. The Stardust coil I was using was very clean when I did that; I had cleaned it earlier that day and burnt off any residue)

There is nothing, NOTHING, that compares to how bad a hit of "burning" or "burnt" juice/wick tastes. It's not only your throat that feels violated, your SOUL suffers for it too. :)

Maybe I'll try it again, since I am sure it was not a bad hit; cause I have had those before. I would be nice to have throat hit to give me an indication of when to stop puffing :) I tend to puff till I feel sick since its sometimes hard to be satisfied (usually 22-30 puff at once per hour)

I like almost no throat hit. I know most people prefer it but really I hate harsh throat hit. I like clouds of vapor with just smooth mellow tones. I used to smokes marlboro reds and to me I could smoke marlboro lights or anything in between. I could smoke a black and mild from end to end inhaling the smoke the whole time and love it. With Ecigs, I need to see my exhale filled with vapor. I dont want o see steam rising from a coffee cup. I want smooth mellow VG roll out. Keepo the throat hit and give me tons of vapor.
