I usually don't have a problem with it and will start using it as soon as I get it, but steeping does change it's flavor and color. When you first get it it's a light brown color and you can see
through it. After about a week it'll be super dark and you won't see
through it at all. Try steeping, see if that helps. If not then contact Johnson Creek's CS and tell them that your having problems with your
juice and they'll exchange/refund if it's been fewer than 30 days since purchase. Their customer service is great.
