I got my auto shorty yesterday and vaped it for a little while then charged it with the V4L usb (newer cable type) charger. No problem. After it was charged I tried to charge my other 3 XL batteries on it. No light blinky on the battery, and the charger stayed blue. Hmmm. I took a look at the charger. The center post in the charger looked pretty far back in the housing. k. So I unplugged it, and took a little pick and pulled/pried on it a little. If found that the little center post is sprung. It popped back up and I tried connecting all my batteries again... no problem.

In short, if you have a charging problem with a USB charger (I didn't check the design on the wall charger), it may be due to screwing in the battery too far, causing the contact post to get stuck back, then not making proper contact.
I noticed that the charger is deeply threaded. So screwing it in to far is easy to do. Only screw in your battery till it starts to flash and maybe one twist more. And hopefully you won't have a problem like I did.

Thanks for the post ...there have been a few issues of this nature and a few posts explaining the situation ...but doesn't hurt to refresh ye old memory and probably helped a few newcomers as well ....
