I put a post in the mods section but no luck so far, so I thought I try here. I am looking at the Vaporluxe from Ace of Vapes, I would like to know if anyone has one ?? and is it worth the price of $150.00 bucks ! they do look great, but .....what do you think ?? thanks

The vaporluxe can't handle standard 1.5 ohm dual coils. I don't own one and that's why.

One of my friends has one and does not use low resistance at all - He loves it.

I own a Vaporluxe and love it. I use it daily along with my Darwin. The Vaporluxe is a great device. It vapes from 4.3 to 5.5 so I use atties in the range of 2.8 - 3.0 ohm. The battery life is great. To be fair, a 1.5 ohm carto isn't a good idea at higher voltages. At 4.2V, 1.5 ohm is over 11 watts. 5V would be over 16 watts. Yikes!

I used a VL while my Hubs was in the hospital and I loved it.Great batt life,nice voltage and it can be used while charging.Its a very nice unit.Plus its small and it looks nice.

Lots of people including myself run the 1.5 ohm dual coils at and well above 5.0v. In fact, I'm vaping AVE Hype in a 1.5 DC on my triple-v right this moment. Here's a little light reading . The DCs perform very well over a very wide range of voltage.

Wow I was under the impression anything 12-14 watts and up would be a very bad idea. I stand corrected!
