That, and if it's hot and sunny, it can be overheated.

If it's well below freezing, you don't want to pick up a sub-ohm PV and vape on it right away. (For "normal" PVs this is less of a problem.)

The way I do it: If I don't vape on my way to the car, I know that I've probably forgotten something.

I live in AZ and have no idea what high temps are reached where you live but here... no... never. True, in the mild winters in the Valley (desert) it would be okay but might be forgotten about when temps start to climb so, based on the possiblility of a forgetful accident, I wouldn't even start doing it. Internal car temps even under cover get dangerously high for these batteries. I've read here about them exploding in cars due to high temps.

Edit: see Indiana but leavin this for those who might think its okay everywhere.

Just to prevent the times you forget to bring it when going out? I'm thinking about leaving one in the car but worried that it might be stolen.

Yes indeed. I keep mods, liquid, coils, tanks, notebook for ordering more stuff, kanthal, silica, cotton, batteries, chargers, cartos, vodka for cleaning and drinking, all in my car. Come to think of it I live in my car!

Never in the heat of the summer or the extreme cold of winter but for the rest of year I left an "emergency kit" (ego 650 battery, atomizer, drip tip, bottle of juice, car adapter and charger) in my glove compartment for the first few years of vaping. Don't feel the need to do that anymore, but happy I did. I still have a charger, ego twist, atomizer, bottle of juice, and drip tip in my desk at work.
