I made my first order the other week from a Vendor that makes their own juice. When you put in an order they mix all the juices before they send them out. This is problematic because when you first get the juices they have not matured yet. And since all my juices have been DeKang before I never experienced how well juices can mature if you let them steep.

In the past few days the Liquids I got from the week before have really matured. For instance the flavors have literally doubled or tripled in intensity.

My question is this; when you buy eLiquids do you intend on letting them Steep for a good week or so before using them? Also I heard that the smaller bottles take less time to Steep and then Mature than the bigger bottles. Is this true?

I ordered a Ten 10mg Pack from AquaVapor for around $30, which was one of the better deals I could find. With that order I got some Cake and RY4. I had used up most of the 10ml bottle before it matured. But the day that I finished it off I could swear that it didn't taste anything like it did when it was first delivered. I was worried that something went wrong or I didn't clean out my Clearos properly. But then I realized it was just the juice Maturing and the Cake Flavor had a entirely whole new dimension of flavors in it.

When I have more money when I get a job, I'm my father's caregiver at the moment, I will be steeping the juices for sure - since I will be able to afford to do so. Now I can only buy so much and keep the juices in rotation because I cannot afford to have a cache of liquid.

I'm really looking forward to finally trying out Boba's Bounty and dripping some on my Kanger T2 Dripping Coil.

Also, if it takes longer for bigger bottles to steep I plan on separating some of the juice and putting it into some of my 10mg and 5mg bottles I have kept from previous juices.

I taste and smell mine out of the box and steep if I think they need steeping (or in the case of juice I've had before when I know it needs steeping). If it's really, really good out of the box, why bother? Not all juices need to be steeped, although I haven't found many that get worse with age, and those were mostly nasty to begin with. The more complex the juice the more likely it is to need steeping. One or two flavor juices rarely benefit. Just my opinion.

I never order a juice with the intention of steeping it.

I will always try it right away, and as a consumer, I usually expect it to not taste horrible, lol. That being said, I'll gladly wait for the juice to settle, if need be, after initial taste. But, if the taste doesn't improve dramatically, I generally don't bother with a reorder.

Alien Visions, my primary vendor, requires no steep-time, in my opinion. Every juice I've tried from them was ready to go when it hit my mailbox. I've only really disliked one of their flavors, the caramel kicker. Thinking of retrying it someday, but I am too scared, lolz.

I order from ECBlend and they mix when you order. I generally get them within 3 - 4 days so they have already begun steeping. I have learned that the juices I order from them generally need about 2 - 3 days additional steeping once I get them. The flavor works for me then. I am stocked up with 50ml each of my two favorite right now. Once I get low I will reorder so that when I am out, the new bottles will be ready.

Really? Boba's is always really meh to me till it's at least week old. All I can taste is graham crackers straight out of the box.

Oh yeah. It tastes just as good fresh as it does anytime later, in my opinion. Same goes with Gorilla juice or really any of the flavors I've tried from them. I usually buy Boba's in 100ml bottles.

I always steep mine. To me it's like marinating the meat before putting it on the grill, but not everyone likes that either. I order small bottles (10-12) at a time, and they have a born-on date. I taste them around 10 days, and start using them at 14 days. I am ordering supplies today, to try making my own flavors.

I go with on day one open botlle let it sit a day in a dark closet. Day two shake shake shake. Day three open bottle again for 1 hour, then close and shake. Day four thru seven shake daily. Day Eight do first drip and see if ready. If not steep and shake for 3 or more days and try again. Most are good after a week. I always shake before use.

I only really steep my DIY stuff. And mostly because I figure in shipping time for the liquid I buy from vendors. I have found a few that definitely taste better after a while when I order larger sizes ('cause I'm not vaping 60ml inside of a week), so those I'll reorder with enough time to allow for steeping time before my previous order runs out (especially for my daily vape).

Mu buds love JC as soon as I get it. Halo (tob sample pack) on the other hand - been steeping for a week - too perfumy for me....gonna let it sit for another week before I try it. Everything I heard about Halo this and Halo that (all good things) - will be tested next week - but then again - maybe Halo just aint for me.....like not everyone likes JC
