Do you tone down your PR or VG? Not sure which to use.

I have a bottle of 50/50 blend juice that I totally was in love with a couple of months ago. It has now grown much stronger perhaps just a bit too strong now. I am talking the flavor not nic. I would like to tone it down slightly. Now would pg or vg be better..? I have read somewhere that VG is sweeter. I wouldn't mind that or if it were neutral. How many of you do that with some of your juices?

Wouldn't think of it! I mix though and either could be used but will result in your nic level dropping also. You don't list your ratio or how much you think you'd want to dilute it but assuming it's a 50/50 mix, I'd try diluting it up to 40% PG / 60% VG. if it was 25 mg/ml that'd put you somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 mg/ml for strength. I like the VG heavy mixes because I love the vapor. If you want more throat hit, go with PG.

I have the opposite problem. I wanna add more nic and a stronger throat hit (p/g?) to some juices I ordered off of mtbaker.com
Pick up some nic in PG base and add it in there. If you go with a high concentration like 100 mg/ml you can put less in which will dilute your flavor less. It's also more hazardous, 100 mg/ml nic won't kill you unless you do something stupid so it behooves you to do some reading in the DIY forum so you know what stupid is and what the appropriate cautions are. OTOH, you might not need something that strong.

It is 18 mg but II don't care if it even gets down to 6 mg as it is my night vape.....I am more concerned with the taste than anything. As far as how much I will start with 5% and work my way up if needed. So pg or vg which has less taste or sweeter if non is neutral?

I'd use VG. Sweeter, tends to suppress flavor more and produces all that lovely vapor! :D PG will give you more throat hit and is pretty neutral in taste but what's there would not be described as sweet...

If I get something that is or becomes too strong, I just add some plain ordinary VG a few drops at a time. When I get to what I think is almost just right, I stop adding it.Make sure to shake very well after each addition or you might dilute the flavor and the nic too much. You win some and you lose some, and sometimes you get it perfect. Hard to duplicate something good when you do it on the fly, though. Good luck!:)

Just a suggestion, if it's the flavor that has gotten too strong and you liked it before at 50/50 and don't mind reducing the nic, why not just dilute it with a 50/50..no nic...no flavor.
