In almost 5 years of vaping and frequently exhaling through my nose, I've never had a nose bleed! My nose is a little dried out, but at least I don't have mucus running down my throat all the time anymore!

I'm a nose blower. I have an extremely dry house and don't have any problems with it. I do irrigate my nose and keep it clean with saline spray, especially during allergy season
