I think it's really weird..

With all the USA and UK hassling about e-cigs and the new attempts at trying to bann them, I find it odd that all the newsletters I get daily from Gopher Central, pushes the Health E Cigarette, that you can buy from Pulse TV (apparently Gopher Central is a partner or owns Pulse TV)..

With a popular newsletter company pushing the e-cigs and thier apparent value for a persons health, as apposed to analogs from known facts, and the description on Pulse TV, it seems to me that the only reason the governments are trying to squash this entire concept of e-cigs, while telling us to quit smoking, yet they allow nicotine gum and patches is obviously due to the tobacco lobbiest in Washington and London...

Me thinks the USA and UK goverments are being quite redundant... What else is new?? *LOL*

Blessings,
*~~~Jules~~~*

My doctor loves my ecg! Since I have started vaping my blood pressure has dropped from a stroke level to a normal one and my heart rate is down to almost normal when it was running at twice the normal rate on meds. When I told him about it he left the room and went and looked it up himself and then asked me for some sites to order and get info from for his other patients. Also, I've have a lung problem and that is actually improving a little as I keep on vaping! I can't wait to see him this month and show him my BP readings!

That's Great Everyone!!!

I'm hopjng that my medical mess will smooth over soon too..

I've been vaping only since Friday, but I've only had 3 ciggies, so I figure that I'm better than I was for all these years prior..

Only "medical" effect I've noticed, is that my skull feels like I hit it a million times with a ball-peen hammer, Ouchies!!!!

I'm wondering if I'm turning into some cyborg-type-animal-thingy though.. I'm walking around with an e-ciggie hanging out of my mouth, and an insulin pump with plastic tubing hanging out of me...

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum :) I am a "social smoker" and recently bought the ecigs from the new blu company to have at hand when I go out to clubs, go to a party etc. I have been doing a lot of research in the past 2 days and was wondering, besides what is already posted on here, what else do your personal doctors have to say about e-cigs, and more specifically, what do they have to say about PG??

That's what we need to hear, some very good progress, no doubt about it!!!
Thanks for sharing this and do keep us posted? Studies are so needed, just to verify our own concept of e-cigs, but to educate the public as well. My banner will tell my story, after day one on the NPro. (Now have a Janty Stick, my best friend!)

Doctors approve of them, why can't the fda see that!

That's because Doctors also approved of smoking Chesterfields back in the 50s. The gobernment does not trust doctors opinions anymore because of the great lie that the tobacco companies perpetuated decades ago.

My doctor also knows I vape and he's all for it. I have a liver problem that needed to be taken care of and the first two things to go were beer and cigarettes (YES analogs do affect your liver as well as your lungs). Haven't felt this good in years.

Just saw my therapist yesterday and told him I'm almost 3 weeks off analogs. He was thrilled. More so than any friends or family (of course, he gets paid to be excited for me, friends and family don't). ;-)

He asked a ton of questions and was going to google as soon as I left. He was very intrigued and had not heard about them yet.

Getting the medical community behind us will be a big help, I hope!!!

I havent personally talked to any doctors about PG, but it is recognized as safe by the FDA and used in many everyday items (foods, cosmetics, some injectible drugs, some inhalers, etc)

@suzzthomp - any study is welcome news and hope it happens. On an aside (and as a heads up), suppliers are supposed to register with forum admin (smokeyjoe).

Jim, doesn't either PG or VG list potential liver damage in it's MSDS/toxicology reports? (Not meant as a scare, as hell, it seems *everything* causes cancer...but... ? )
