Just thought I'd share what my doctor said to me for those who wonder if they are doing their body any good by switching to digital vs. analog.
I had an appointment with my doctor this week and told her that after 25 years of smoking that I went digital. She asked to see what I was using and examined the content in the vapour and her response was this:
"Even if you can't get off the nicotine and continue to use your pv, that is just as good as quitting. The small amount of nicotine is not a health risk and by switching I've eliminated all of the other harmful toxins."
She also commented on how clear my lungs were sounding after just 3 weeks, which I already knew cause I don't have my lungs whistling me to sleep anymore since switching.
Happy vaping
