Does a broken inner o-ring could cause flooding the cartos and leaks?? Need help..

Guys,
I've been using my DCT tank from COV for the first 3 weeks or so, until I scraped some of the inner o-ring. Since then, I always get over flooding the cartos until it leaks to the battery end.. Is there a reason that would do it to create pressure that pushes the liquid out of the tank??

when I first started getting used to the tank I scraped off alot of the inner o-ring... I was lucky enough to get free replacement rings
but honestly I haven't needed to use them yet... my top inner o-ring is pretty bad but it still doesn't leak

if you are punching your holes to low they can cause alot of leakage... I always thought I was doing
it right but it was always leaking by the battery end... I punched them a littler higher and it works fine now

I was using the pre-punched ever since.. But when I started having leaking issue, just made the hole slightly bigger thought might helped but didn't.. Having problem looking for o-ring replacement since I couldn't find info anywhere in the forum.. Thanks to Bruce from COV as he's sending me some..

...if you have punched holes in the O rings and they are allowing air into the tank, they'll probably leak out the batt end...it's just the nature of the beast...tank ends need to be air tight............
