If you're looking to sweeten, you can pick up some glycerine from Hobby Lobby in the cake making section. Its very sweet and it increases vapor production and imo TH as well. Let us know how it turns out for you!
Glycerine is the same thing as Vegetable Glycerin aka VG. You can just increase the % VG you get your liquids mixed at for this.

Pokey, it does with the Peppermint. The peppermint on it's own is eye-opening, sinus-clearing. When you add some sucralose, it tastes like a candy cane. But I'm not sure that it is technically reducing the throat hit as much as it is taming the flavor itself -- kind of like the difference between chewing on peppermint leaves and drinking a Mint Julep. They're just two different animules.

Ahhh... thanks Poeia! I understand what you're saying about taming the flavor. Definitely a plus with some juices (being able to make two different "animules" with one juice), maybe not as much a plus with some others (some flavors are toned just right just as they are).

Think I'll tweak with the sweetener at home rather than have it added to the whole bottle!

Pokey in all the recipes your alloted certain percentages of each ingredient without killing a juice so if Geoff adds sweetner he does it at a specific amount . I have super sweetner added to all my orders and it doesn't effect the th. Yet at home I tried adding my own sweetner, put too much and killed the juice. So I wouldn't be afraid to have him add it he knows what works and what doesn't! He's Willy wonka of Juice :D
