Does alternating flavors help ?

Forgive me, but I am still new to all of this. I've been vaping Caramel Cream in my REO mini for about 5 days now, seemed like I was losing the flavor. This morning I started alternating that with Vanilla Cream in my eGo, and it seems to give me a better appreciation for both flavors. Is this my imagination, or has someone else noticed that by switching flavors back and forth gives both a better taste ? Any opinions on this are appreciated, thanks.

Yes it does help.

Some people, especially when starting out, get flavour overload when sticking to one flavour, My husband and I certainly do. I also find when I start losing taste that unflavoured juice can help refresh the palette too.

Yes it does, otherwise your taste get used to the flavour, and you will felt it gradually weaker.

Oh ya i think i have 8 flavors that i have at all times usualy vape 2-4 differant flaves a day.

It helps a lot to switch flavors. i use a different flavor every couple of hours. With some flavors i'm good for all day but mostly switching is the way to go.

Agree with all of the above. After switching to one or more other flavors through the day, you should be able to taste the flavor of your favorite once again. The palate acquires a tolerance to over-familiarization of the same flavor when it's exposed to it non-stop.

alternating between two flavors throughout the day is working best for me so far as tasting the flavor differences. After vaping same three flavors for about two weeks I found everything tasted same. I'm going to try switching to two new flavors every week for now til I get my juice collection built up. I am using differnt atty's/tanks for each flavor. Plus I fill two c cartridges in the morning and I'm good to go all day.

I keep about 25 flavors in rotation so I don't burn out or blow my taste buds. Yes rotating helps. Make sure you drink tons of water. Vaping will dehydrate you and that's not something you want. The water will also help with your ability to taste.

I love RY4, but it starts to lack after a bit. I find that putting a mint flavoured cart helps clear my palate.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I was kind of depressed after I bought a bottle of Chocolate juice after I used up a pack of cartos that I really enjoyed. A few days later, it just didn't taste right. I switched to a different flavor for a while and came back to that chocolate, and the flavor was right back where it should be!
