I have sent a email to all the addy's on the list here messaged on MSN and not a peep ???

every time I needed to contact them (during daytime hours) they have responded quickly. Matter of minutes usually.

I was sent an incorrect part from them, filed a request on their site, sent an email, no response at all. Hesitant to order from them again.

IMHO it's the best of the best, they get back to me same day every time.
Never had a problem.
Chad is great to talk to.
