I ordered a bulk-pack of 5 DSE-901' batteries from them and ten days later I have received 5 DSE-901 atomizers instead. I have e-mailed them several times but gotten no response.

The batteries I was supposed to receive cost $44.95 plus shipping and the atomizers go for $29.99 w/ free shipping !!

Otherwise I would just keep the attys and order battes from someone else, but now I have been severely ripped off and need batteries badly!

If anyone has a phone number for them please let me know !

Well, I found a phone numberf for them, but all I got was "hold music" (of the Chinese pop music variety...most unpleasant) and then hang ups.

But they did finally e-mail me back and rectify the situation by resending the correct order right away...although I have yet to actually receive it...but according to USPS tracking, the status is

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
Inbound International Arrival, November 28, 2009, 9:39 am, ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)

...which I interperet to mean that my batteries are sitting on a loading dock somewhere here in NYC waiting for the USPS truck to pick it up and bring it...eventually..to me.

To their credit they have been quite apologetic and have made the effort....and not asked me to send back the atomizers so I guess a big plus is that I get 5 free attys, which I will need down the road, so if there is a silver lining in all this....

Anyway...i assume the batts will finally arrive this week...all in all its been over 3 weeks since the original order was placed.

I just received 2 starter kits, Joye 510s, $34.99 each with free shipping today. I had ordered two all white kits. One of the received kits was an all black kit.

Not a big deal, but I emailed anycigs and within an hour or so, they emailed back and apologized. They asked how they could improve things so that this wouldn't happen again, and offered a refund of $5 or $5 credit on any new orders, or possibly a free atty on next order because shipping for an exchange would be prohibitive.

Anycig isn't the fastest because of the China shipping, but I'm sold on the customer response.

Ordering from China is a tricky thing. I made my fair share of mistakes in the past. Prices are important but efficiency, responsibility, customer service and quality are equally important.

Thats why i stick with ordering from www.absolutelyecigs.com exclusively for the past 1 year. They are the best chinese vendor around imo and i get to buy direct from the manufacturer.

That's all well and fine for you, but that distributor does not carry ANY of the products I would need, namely DSE-901 parts and VG based e-liquid.
