I started vaping almost 11 months ago, with a pair of Intellicig EVOs. Went from 2 pad to 1 pack-per-week with the first puff of 30 mg/ml Ecopure juice. Tracked down some stronger nic & smoked my last cig about 2 months later.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a pair of eGo/510s from Cignot, primarily because I was tired of the short battery life of the 40x stuff. The eGo puts out more vapor and has a much longer battery life (about 4x the 401), but the flavor is pretty disappointing.

I'm still using my generic 401s (the EVO is a 402 - slightly shorter battery than a 401) more than the eGo.

The EVO uses a 401 atomizer, which quite a few people like.
They say it is a nice compromise between flavor and throat hit.

So you may like it, or you may not.

One potential problem, though, is that you probably got automatic batteries.
Those can be very tricky to get working consistently.

Check out the thread linked in my signature below for more information.
There is a discussion of manual versus automatic batteries in there.

If you have your heart set on a 400 series, the Intellicig Evo is probably your best bet.

I started on a generic 402 last year, then went to an Evo, and then a 501. The Evo was decidedly better than the generics, but if you're a regular smoker looking for an alternative, you'll either go through cartridges like crazy, or need to carry liquid around with you at all times. Oh, and batteries, too. Those batteries don't last too long.

To be honest, I'd skip past all of those, and get an eGo. No, they don't look like cigarettes (which was a big deal to me last year). But frankly, neither do the 400's -- especially when they're glowing blue.

But if you're really set on the look, you can't go wrong with an Evo.

I should of listened to most of you, I watched a couple of reviews (YouTube) on the intellicig and went ahead and ordered. I just got the kit today, and man I hate this thing way to much air when trying to take a hit, okay throat hit, the worst thing about it is every two hits I take, the dam thing goes into safe mode, then i have to wait 2 min before i can take another hit. I feel like banging my head into the wall. I bought the kit, extra atomizer, extra short battery, wall charger and unfilled carts. total was about $75. I just sent them a email letting them know I needed to return the items.

Lets see how long before I get my money back?

I know nothing of their hardware.

I do think highly of their e-juice- but I am also in the minority on that.
