Does anyone know how much TH is associated with the heat?

Hi all, I am curious if anyone knows how much, if any, of the throat hit felt is associated with the heat of the vapor. For example, using a standard 510 atty and a drip tip the vapor-to-throat distance is about 4 to 5 inches from the coil heating the e-liquid to the back of your throat. Out of total curiosity, if I extended that distance, say I was vaping through a straw length drip tip, would I get the same TH? I could experiment with this but would love to hear ECF feedback.

Well, when I vape with the 510 sometimes I'll "aim" the tip so that the vapor rolls over the tip of my tongue and from that experience the vapor is rather cool already. IMHO (2 cents worth) I don't think extending the length would make much difference in the vapor temp.
