Just remember water proof without safety valves or some way to let the pressure out( as was pointed out earlier in the thread) if a battery goes to venting you have basicly made a hand grenade. although it is pretty rare it does happen better safe then sorry.

Yeah modders aren't for hire here, we can basically just talk about it. For safety valves, perhaps a simple blowout valve, or series of them, with just a drilled out hole plugged with a section of softer material (silicone?) o-ring. Best if the plug does not protrude at all from either side so they don't accidentally snag on something and come out. So much for my two hole design. The trouble with ecigs and water is the chance of exploding is much higher.
I did not know of any rules for Modding ...I will read over them. I am new to the Modding section and don't want to just come here and start breaking rules and act like I can do whatever.
