Hello, I'm sure this is not the proper thread but being able to only post here for now.... I have been reading this forum since Jan 2014 and vaping for 2 years now. Guess you could conclude i'm a bit on the quite side. I DIY all of my liquid and one I've not seen a recipe for is a wonderful juice that has been out of business since late last year.

The brand had several really great flavors, all in the bakery/custard category, those would be the kind I remember and when all the uproar started with the popcorn lung risk using these type of flavors...as many did i'm sure, they closed unable to pay for all of the lab testing and all that went with it, thats my guess. I really don't know what happened and I hate it no matter what caused the closing.

Does anyone know about a clone recipe for Tasty Troll flavors Ooey Gooey Goodness or 42?

Sometimes, Kellyjo, the juice is reconfigured a bit trying to keep same flavor profile and a new name given. Why not drop by Vintage Vapors and ask them if they have anything close to the Troll juices? They are also carrying other juices now not made by them you might give a try while there. They've recently doubled the size of their shop too. :)

Thanks @choochoogranny I did that a long time ago. I know Steve tried to buy the recipe as well but was unsuccessful. I do all DIY liquid now and try not to buy anything unless I'm trying to get close on a recipe. VV is a great store and helped me greatly going way way back.. I even had them ship me tasty troll to Greenville when I moved briefly, I was their first web customer... Lol

I buy my Bostonian and Zen there, dcfluegel. Also, make the trip to Clevenland to Vapor Apothecary for my Happy Panda, Cherry Bomb and Freebird Jack. Then there's Mountain Oak for Coffee and Cream, Rangel and Red Dot, while I skip over the river to Vaporium for 57 Chevy then back down to Emote Vape for Squeeze Me, Lush, Pucker Up and 5 Cent......There's more, but guess you can figure I'm all over the place! Ha! :)

Because Mountain Oak Vapor and Vintage Vapors were the first ones I went to two years ago and helped me a great deal with kindness and patience, I feel personally responsible to keep them in business! ......Not only that, I just love visiting with them and see how successful they've become. :)

I think it was Johnathon and I believe he has left recently but he was always great about helping out with a worn out washer or issue I would have back when I was sporting an MVP 2.0. Oh those were the days. lol Always a very nice young man and of course Steve is just one of the nicest shop owners there is. He stands behind what he sells and I have personal experience with this, haven't been to the store in a long time though.
I just consider myself very lucky to be in Chattanooga. Back when I first started vaping my husband got a job in Greenville SC. The vape scene was nonexistent and it was hard to get any hands on help. I was really missing Vintage. When I moved back I was close to Vaper Island over on Lee Hwy and really love those guys too. Chattanooga is a great place to be a vapor and to see the growth in the industry, lots of great fighters for the cause here as well. Very proud to be a Chattanoogan for many reasons today!

Guess i'm off topic. Really miss that Ooey Gooey Goodness!!!

Funny, I'm a 'Noogan and found this thread looking for "e juice like Tasty Troll 42". Started before there were any shops here at all as far as I know. Used to drive to Knox a lot and always stopped at Mikes in Lenoir City. We're way fortunate to have so many good shops around here. (Man does Emote make a lot of flavors!!) Kelleyjo, please let us know if you nail any of the Troll faves, it might make you rich! LOL They were the first quality juices I bought when I started dripping and building sub ohm coils.. Sorry, jumped in the wayback there....

I couldn't believe I couldn't find any clones of Tasty Troll flavors, bummer!!!
We are pretty lucky Chattanooga has always had such a great vape community and choice in shops. I moved to Greenville, SC and it was so sad, one shop that I didn't have to drive an hour to and it ended up closing. Wish I would have had the funds at the time to open up shop down there and make a difference. Great being back in my hometown, we've been back for almost 2 years and the first thing I thought coming home was I didn't have to order Tasty Troll online and wait any longer. It was probably 2, 3 months later they were gone.
I'm no where close to a clone, my fav was Ooey Gooey, *tear runs from my eye*.
