Does anyone sell 100% VG juice diluted with distilled water?

My preferred juice consistency is 70% VG and 30% distilled water. I've been ordering this from Mt Baker Vapor for about a year now but their flavoring is PG based. I would like to find something similar but without the PG based flavors. Are there any options out there?

I'm pretty sure Velvet Cloud Vapers dilutes with distilled water. I have about 10 of their juices and all of them have the thinner consistency of dilution, seeing as they're 100% VG there's no way it's not diluted.
