Does cignot.com have free shipping on their $35 Joye 510 starter kit because I was under the impression that they did. It's showing up as $5 which still isnt too bad but is it supposed to be free or is it supposed to be $5?

It is a little confusing but what it actually means is that that item qualifies for free shipping.
If you click the little green truck on the item page you get this:

on orders of $59 or more
Simply look for the
logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $59 or more, your order ships FREE!

My thinking is, just buy the kit and add some liquids or extra parts to bring it up to $59. They've got 3 510 attys for $25, 3 batteries for $35, a line of well-reviewed Ecopure flavors, and a killer Ecopure-based English Toffee liquid. 
Madame, well put and it's what I recommend to my converts. Go with cignot and you won't go wrong. Not that it has anything to do with cignot, but I've been vaping for over a month now and still using the original two attys and five batteries.
