No it should be fine if it isn't cloudy or if the color hasn't changed significantly (such as an amber liquid going green).

If you are transferring liquid into other bottles for storage when you get it, or make your own DIY and somehow bacteria is mixed into the liquid or is inside the bottle you transfer into, there is a small chance that the liquid could have a problem.

e-liquid has a known shelf life of 2 years. After that, I suspect that the nicotine may become less potent, but should be vapable.
