Does it? I have half a vial and I've had it for many months, and I'm going to start vaping again soon. It doesn't look like its gone bad or anything, but I'd like to know for sure before I start using it.

No it should be fine if it isn't cloudy or if the color hasn't changed significantly (such as an amber liquid going green).
If you are transferring liquid into other bottles for storage when you get it, or make your own DIY and somehow bacteria is mixed into the liquid or is inside the bottle you transfer into, there is a small chance that the liquid could have a problem.
e-liquid has a known shelf life of 2 years. After that, I suspect that the nicotine may become less potent, but should be vapable.

Yeah, you're fine. I have some Red Bull and 555 that's over a year old and it's still fine.
I've used liquid that's been unrefrigerated for well over a year, and it was fine - so was the nic potency; these were sealed containers.
Assuming there are no weird additives or contaminants, a few months should be no problem at all.
