So the only e cig I've ever owned is the standard blu, but the majority of opinions are that blu is one of the worst brands to get. I'm not sure where to start or what to switch to and there is so much information on here it's almost overwhelming. Basically what I'd like to know is, what kind of e cig should I get and what is a reliable online vender? I'd rather not get another small e cig like the blu since the battery dies quicker with those, I'd be fine with a cigar shaped one or anything bigger so long as it works, lasts longer than my blu, fits in my pocket, preferably comes with a carrying case or portable charger but I can do without, is rechargeable, and not extremely expensive. Any answers or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I always recommend the MVP for as a startup device. It is compact fits about the same as your pack of smokes did before you started vaping. The MVP has a 2600mAH battery can be used to charge your phone or what ever in a pinch. The battery lasts about two days on average and the thing just feels solid in your hands.

Throw a couple of Protanks in there to go with it and you are ready to rock.

Or is you are willing to wait a few weeks till THIS baby hits the market it just might be even better it will have a replaceable battery and the iClear30's will be sunk into the device to make it even more compact!

My recommendation for somebody wanting to move up from a cig look alike is an ego. The ego has everything you're looking for and if you want to try variable voltage then an ego twist with it's 1000 mah battery would be a good choice. It's a little bit fatter than a standard ego but is so much better and the ego has tons of accessories and tons of different clearos and tanks you can use.

Hi David. Try the eGo Twist 650/900/1100 with a Kanger T2 clearomizer. They are both very user friendly. I believe that Blu juice is from Johnson Creek. I'm sure someone will pop along shortly and tell you which ejuices they are if you want to start with a juice you know you can get on with while you experiment with samples from other vendors.

To start, I'd suggest 2 Twists, 2-3 clearomizers and at a 5 pack of replacement coil heads plus a battery charger of course.

Why?

I find this setup to be very user friendly, the Kanger T2 is proprietary to the Twist battery and in my own experience are the easiest, most hassle free clearos to fill, to replace the coil head and leak free for the Twist battery.

Here's an example of what I'm suggesting....

eGo Variable Voltage 1100mAh Battery - Stainless w/Rubber Button (or you can go with a 650 or 900)
Kanger T2 Clearomizer - Clear - 2.2ohm - LONG wick (2.2 ohm is my personal suggestion for the Twist)
Kanger T2 Innard - 5 Pack - 2.2-2.4ohms - LONG wick (these are out of stock right now, but you should be looking for these somewhere.
