Does everybody steep?

Nope no water, just ad extra flavoring to get to the right consistency. Around 28% flavoring that is mostly alcohol.

I was wondering if stepping the menthol flavor would actually make them lose flavor? I say this because menthol is a volatile oil that evaporates when exposed to air. Does anyone know if menthols would not benefit from steeping?
