I wanted to share a little today and not let it end with all that previous "drama". I will apologize up front, as I tend to get a little long-winded! :p

A little background info. My husband and I currently reside over in the Middle East. Thank God that Geoff ships over here because without all his wonderful creations, I am not sure we would still be vaping. :confused: Of course, liquor or any mention of it being shipped through the APO system is a huge NO-NO. So when I placed my order for Butter Rum and Spiced Rum, I knew that without changing the word "Rum", I was looking at my package either being confiscated, torn up or who knows. So I noted the request on my order and asked Geoff to please alter the word or just use "Butter R" and "Spiced R". Geoff shot me an email, had a wonderful idea and I received my package in one piece! I love my "Butter Rumba" and my "Spiced Rumba"!!!

Today, I ordered the doublers for these two as I am trying to knock my nic to a 6 and keep it there, and I also made a mistake on my order :oops: so I quickly emailed Geoff and asked him if I could make a substitution. Next thing I know, I get an email from Geoff also asking me if he needed to give my doublers that special name! Now, how many Vendor's do you know would remember such a minor detail that happened once, several hundred orders ago, illness, moving, website problems and with all their customers? I was so shocked :shock: :shock: because I didn't even make mention of it as this order is actually being shipped to Colorado because I will be coming home for a while. What a memory! I just found out that Ramilya was the actual one who brought this to Geoff's attention as she is the one who did my last order, but that doesn't change a thing! Ramilya and Geoff......................you both truly ROCK! All this shows is you two are one heck of a caring and thoughtful Team! :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

I also have a similar story. Shortly after placing my first order I realized I had ordered the wrong flavors. Using the "live chat" on the TV website Geoff changed the order and also suggested a change to the VG/PG mix. Being a newbie I have no idea what all these G-things mean, so I am trusting Geoff and all the positive responses on the forum. My order is suppose to arrive tomorrow.

I should add too - there was a bit of a mixup in my last order - I ordered it right around the move time (who knew? lol) and around the email 'FUBAR' time on the website thing, and I was trying to get hold of Mr or Mrs. TV and tell them I got what seemed to be the wrong stuff.
I did finally get hold of him thru the Live Help yesterday (emails are probably still lost in the ether somewhere lol) and he offered to remix and resend it asap at no extra shipping charge. Can't ask for more than that really can you?
My fave flavors should be winging their way to me soon I hope - can't live without my butter rum and dulce de leche (and Im down to dribbles so I'm getting anxious LOL)

I think TV cares too much. It can just be hard to keep people happy sometimes. You can't make everyone happy all the time. I am glad TV is growing because their product is amazing!!! Any small business that is rapidly growing is gonna have some hick ups from time to time. I felt that TV went all out to let everyone know what was going on and why that may affect orders in a variety of ways.

This is not in any way directed at you CaptJay (which wouldn't make sense anyway because you are obviously supportive of TV despite the mix up). Just happened to be offering my opinion after your post.

Mr AND Mrs TV are just simply awesome!
I did my first order a week ago, testing waters... customer service was simply perfect. Mrs TV was helpful, friendly and willing to help and listen. I can't ask for anything else. I don't mind waiting, I don't care anything because when I receive my juice is like being in heaven. I just placed my second order and I'm sure there will be many more... and most of them with TV... they ROCK!!!!
