Been vaping for 2 days... Bought a 901 from Bestecigs. I have done enough reading on this site for the last month to know that my device is working well, producing good amounts of vapor, and in general has no issues.

I am using 24 mg juice, and I am confident I am topping everything off well.

I guess I thought I would just start vaping instead of smoking, and I wouldn't have much of an issue with it. I was wrong, I still crave a cigarette. Not sure if there are other substances than nicotine in the cigarette that my body is addicted to, but I am vaping quite a bit, and it isn't enough. Was 1 -1 1/2 pack a day Marlboro light smoker.

Question, did many of you go thru this, and did it get better?

Many of us have went thru that. Some were able to quit the analogs right away. Others, myself included, had to do it gradually. There are many other ingredients in analogs that Big Tobacco put in there to keep you hooked. It's not just nicotine. I just cut my analogs down daily till I was able to stop them completely. The first couple of weeks you will find yourself still craving them. I found if I used a few drops of a higher nic content juice it really helped get me over the edge. You can do it. Just figure out the best way for you. We're all different. If you make yourself miserable doing this you will fail. That's just my opinion. This forum helps a lot too. There are a lot of people who have been thru this and can support you. Good luck!

Welcome BTW!

Yes, it's normal, especially the first 2 weeks. I'm quite positive we are addicted to other chemicals, nasty ones at that, that they put in the regular ciggys. That's why we still crave. It does get better, but I will still think of one now and then, but it does get easier to blow it off. It DEFINITELY is the easiest thing I have ever done to get off tobacco that's for sure!!! You just have to make up your mind that you WANT to quit tobacco bad.
