Nic content shouldn't have much, if any, bearing on flavor. At least not in my experience

What WILL affect flavor is VG and PG content. VG has a tendency to mute flavor some, while PG is a better carrier for flavor (though produces less vapor and also allows more of the throat hit from the nic to come through). I'd recommend playing around with that balance for your optimal vape

Welcome to the forum Belles8.

Nicotine for me adds more of the throat hit component. I suppose it stands to reason that reducing the nicotine content will allow you to taste more of the flavorings.

It's not something I've really noticed though and it's an interesting question.

I do know that I often make two liquids with the same amount of flavorings but at different strengths. I've never noticed an increase of flavor in the lower strength liquid though.

I'll be interested to see what others have experienced.

Not necessarily better, but different. I vape unflavored often--nicotine has a slight peppery taste that may mess up other delicate flavors. There are vendors who sell high quality, super purified nicotine and those bases are almost flavorless, but they are also the most expensive--and certainly not used in inexpensive, commercially made e-liquids.

Kinda new to vaping. The first few weeks was all about the throat hit. Now it's became more about the flavor. Steady decreasing nicotine strength, someone told me that the lower the nic. The better the flavor? True or nah

this view on flavor is completely subjective. if you have a low nic tolerance then you will notice less flavor in a high nic juice. where as i cant tell a flavor difference between 0mg nic and 12mg nic. but yeah generally you will be able to notice flavor better with less nic

Its my experience dripping I do notice a flavor difference as well as thicker clouds with nic added to dilute the juice ..a big difference 3mgs vs 12mgs for sure..because of that I drip a happy medium of 6 mgs of nic that works good both ways for me these days vaping VG max in my flavored juice
